Congratulations to everyone!
Its official. Thanks to everyone who donated and the hard work by board members to make this happen! National leadership will recognize our chapter with an article in the newsletter sent to all (ISC)2 members as well as a visit by leadership to our November 14th meeting. April 2016 Meeting Video/Slides Posted

Please find the presentation for the April General Meeting posted at the link below. It was a presentation by Kevin Dunn on “Hardening Your Security Posture”. It was an excellent talk on ways to go beyond patching to harden your various systems using checklists and tools. It also included a live technical demo of some exploits. Enjoy!

March Chapter General Meeting a big success!

Thank you to everyone for making our March Chapter meeting on ‘Challenges in Healthcare IT” a big success, especially our speakers and our host and sponsor Indeed.com. For those of you who haven’t been to a meeting since we started having them at the new Indeed.com campus, the facilities are amazing! And our hosts prepared a custom pizza meal in house for us which was awesome (see pictures below). Thank you to Eric, Robert, Dale, Yazan, Daniel and Indeed.com for being such great sponsors of our chapter. Based on guests who have come from other chapters, our meetings are way above par. Thank you also to our speakers Julie Rennecker, Michele Drake, Robert Felps and Gib Sorebo for a wide variety of views on the information security situation in Healthcare. Thanks also to V-P Louisa Hoberman for moderating the panel. For those who couldn’t make it, the presentation was recorded and can be viewed at the link below. Our next meeting is April 11th at 7PM at the new Indeed.com campus and will feature Kevin Dunn on “Hardened Security Posture”.
